Mary holds a BS degree from Penn State in Economics. She has focused her entire career in sales and marketing for the past 25 years. Mary began her career in media in 1998 when she joined Clear Channel as an account executive. She learned every aspect of radio and always excelled with new business development. Mary developed the recruitment department at Clear Channel Pittsburgh and was promoted as the Director of Recruitment Advertising. Her success with radio was due to her relationships with her clients as well as always providing excellent customer service! Mary believes in over delivering, rather than over promising!
Mary was recruited by one of her clients, in 2004, to work on the national marketing team. Express Financial Services was a wonderful learning experience for Mary as she learned all about the mortgage business and title insurance services. She developed her national marketing skills and worked with customers all over the county.
Elisco Advertising hired Mary as the Director of Client Services. Mary serviced every aspect of the account from media buying and planning to coordinating events. She worked with a vast array of businesses: hospitals, tourism, universities, attorneys, and banks.
Renda Broadcasting recruited Mary as a Senior Account Executive and she helped launch marketing programs for many businesses. Mary always worked with new companies in the Pittsburgh market to help them get established. She became the top new business developer in the Pittsburgh market and always did a stellar job with servicing her clients.
Working for Hoffmann Murtaugh was a goal for Mary for several years. Hoffmann Murtaugh is known for providing excellent account service, and always developing very cost effective media plans. Mary referred many clients to Hoffmann Murtaugh over the years. All of whom are extremely happy with the results of their media plans! She is very excited to be part of the Hoffmann Murtaugh team as the Director of Business Development!
